The receptionist was very hospitable. Upon arrival, she explained everything about the resort in detail. She also prepared an exquisite breakfast for us.

One of the best places we've ever stayed at. Secluded, yet close to all the Golden circle attractions. Good heaters to dry your clothes after a rainy day. The hot tub is epic. Beautiful design inside. Easy to find and enter.

The location was wonderful. It was so relaxing and cozy at the cabin. The hot tub was a wonderful touch after a long day and it was great to take in the views. We felt very comfortable and at home here. I would recommend this place over and over again. I loved reading the log book and seeing all the wonderful/special stays that other people had here as well.

Boasting mountain views, Gorgeous Riverside Lodge in the South of Iceland features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 18 km from Geysir.

Spacious and very comfortable. Warm and cozy. Terrific views. Rushing sound of hot stream very pleasant to listen to. Hot tub a delight especially on cold evenings. Large windows magnificent for watching northern lights. Owner very responsive to maintenance needs, which were minor. House provided nice privacy for two couples. Kitchen was well supplied with seasonings, spices. Nearby dining was excellent: Mika, Fridhaemar, Efstidalur. This house is a great central location for visiting Golden Circle highlights like Geysir, Gullfoss, Secret Lagoon, Thingvellir.

Situated nearby Reykholt in the South Iceland region on the Golden Circle, Blue View Cabin 4A With private hot tub has a terrace and mountain views.

So easy to find and the perfect size and layout for a small family like ours. The heating was excellent, we almost never got out of the hot tub and we cooked several meals with ease. One morning we even woke up to a surprise snow fall!! It felt magical and we would highly recommend to families and stay again ourselves.
