The entrance is huge. The check-in went smoothly through the check-in table without human assistance. I booked a 17 square meter room, and I was very content with it. I think that was a room for wheel-chaired guests but I was still happy. You can open and close the curtain by pressing a button. The air-conditioning was great. Since I felt hot, I could cool the room down within short time. I loved the microwave on my floor, so I did not have to go far to use it. The location is nice, close to the station.

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
