The seawater is clean, though not clear. For small children the sea is quite choppy, but they have life savers around and if you stay in the very shallow area it’s fine.

Txai is a 5-star resort set amidst the Atlantic Rainforest, a protected environmental area, 15 km from Itacaré. The hotel and its facilities are simply flawless - the beach is perfect, the room is amazing and the staff could not be more efficient and caring. I definitely recommend and expect to return!
