My room key not working and I filed complaint to reception staff and they are insisting me that I kept card key with some magnetic stuff so that’s y it wonts work. But I disagree with them and finally it reveals that I am right and the batteries inside the door lock needs replacement and they do so to open my room.

I was unable to connect to the wifi and had to go to the reception to ask the team to help with this. The reception team was very professional and resolved the issue instantly

The service of restaurants staff ms Saditha she was ever smiling and so willing to help and assist any customer at the restaurant Also other restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful We were delighted by Sarina gesture to bring a non vogue cake to us after our breakfast which was quite a surprise and great service The front office staff me Patrick was a great person to help us, he made rooms available after seeing us seated for long time at the bar His quick response to check and get us the room was very helpful He also so friendly and always checking on the comfort of customers Unlike the other staff Room service too was good and kept the rooms very clean

The Breakfast can be improved, especially the main course was not at all good. Keeping in the mind name of Hilton Garden the expectation of the guest is fair for Breakfast

For me the location was good easy accessible and close to the airport shopping area around Restaurants within walkable distance, Metro 10 minute walk Staffs were good and the check in was smooth. Mr. Zahid.

The windows are locked, you can’t open it in your room. No charge adapters and hairdryers presented in the room. You have to ask staff to bring it to you if it’s available (I was unlucky with the charger)

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was convenient for what I needed. The staff were friendly (e.g. Hana in charge of breakfast area was like a ray of sunshine), and a credit to the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of choices.

It’s central location and near to everywhere!! Near to the airport, metro station, Deira mall, Reef Mall and Al Gurah Mall. All these are walking distances. It’s also peaceful quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful!

The location is perfect and surrounding with 24/7 discount shops giving you value for the pocket. You can shop anytime. The hotel provided good breakfast and dinner one wouldn’t the impact of Ramadan as compared to Zanzibar. Near to metro station and surrounded by big malls.

There was no hair dryer I had to ask to bring, and the water boiler was not working. But they replaced it once I called the reception.

2 bottles of water are some days not enough. better to kept 2 bottes in the mini fridge and another 2 on the desk. The lobby area of the hotel is better be expanded. My suggestion is remove/ relocate the ' Bar' area and use that area to expand the Lobby. Lobby area is important to meet guests from different countries and suddenly meet face to face the guests in same country in different groups.

Availability of fruit drinks, Cornflakes etc . plenty. delicious Omelets and other foods suit for any country. Location is convenience for easy in and out for our purposes. All amenities in the room are adequate during my stay.
