For background, we had booked a 2 room apartment as well as a studio apartment for our group of 6. In the advertised pictures both apartments were shown to be updated.When we arrived they said there was a mechanical issue in the studio so they were upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment (two of these). The two apartments could not be more different so rating them is hard as they were like night and day. What we liked of the updated 2 bedroom: open layout, nice bathrooms, great access to tube What we liked of the other apartment (not updated): nothing

Updated 2 bedroom: carpets were white but very stained, couldn’t open windows for air Didn’t like about the non updated apartment: dated, odor, small cramped rooms cut off from one another, bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t be in the shower without the shower curtain physically touching you.

Location could not have been better. Just around the corner from the train station, the ferry terminal, and all the bus stations. The Tesco was a short walk two streets over, and many delicious restaurants nearby! Make sure you bring cash for the restaurant on the pier that doesn't take cards. I can't remember the name, but just follow your nose. So good!

Off the main street, so it was quiet for sleeping. Easy walk to subway station, restaurants and grocery store right around the corner - a convenient location. Small kitchen for basic cooking

Modern and brand new facilities. Nicely appointed bathroom and lovely interiors. Seabird restaurant is terrific but very loud. Outdoor seating is fantastic but can get windy.

Restaurant service at Seabird and Albie is uneven. Long spans with no attention or forgetful of order. Bed pillows collapse to nothing. Would prefer a few different options.

Awful experience. Did a tour of Europe and this was the worst place we stayed at. Host was rude, interior was outdated, amenities didn't work, breakfast was a scam, and someone ought to call the sanitation officer on their courtyard. Please, if you know what's good for you, you'd stay far away from this place.
