The rooms were very hot. I scanned the QR code by the thermostat and followed the instructions but after an hour the room was still stifling. We ended up opening the window to cool the room off. The window is right by a busy road so we listened to traffic all night and got the smell of cigarette smoke wafting up to our room. The breakfast was convenient and adequate but it was 21 Euros per person. Too expensive in my opinion.

The location was great if you were coming from or going to the Berlin airport. Only about 200 meters from the Schoenfeld train station. Which is only an 8 minute train ride to the Berlin airport train station. They had a buffet style breakfast available at 6 am. They had a restaurant for dinner that was busy, but we did not eat there.

The hotel was clean and in good condition, great for a layover at Berlin Airport. You can simply get there from the airport using the S-Bahn. If you have a room on the south side, you can see the action of the airport while overlooking the old Berlin Schönefeld airport.

if you are looking for something near the airport this is ideal. Comfortable bed, breakfast smaller but you will definitely choose. The biggest advantage is the speed to the airport from the hotel. Thank you to the receptionist for the early check in.

- Shameful high price for the car parking space, I had to park 1km away to avoid 17Euro/day (two nights = 3 days). - Some stupid people smoke in their rooms - made two times fire alarm and caused evacuations, long waits (outside) for the clearance without a compensation. - room water bottles + tea bags only one time for whole stay, as if they would last for ever - how come didn’t check refill every day?

Liked the cooperative staff, clean hotel with good breakfast.

The hotel has the same name as a different hotel at terminals 1 & 2. When booking I should have been told it was near terminal 5 and not the one near terminal 1&2.It was a €21 taxi ride or two stops on the S-Bahn for €1.90 to get between each hotel.

You need to walk to it from the train station for good 7-10 minutes, the area is absolutely empty around it, there are no proper directions signs so you need to find a proper exit and route by trial and error

Reception personell seemed overworked. The walking paths out of the reception are very unpractical (you have to surround the trees instead of being able to walk out right in front of the door and then go to the right. If you have to go 10 times to the station and you have reduced mobility it gets quite annoying.

Nothing really negative to say about the hotel.

Nice cheap hotel close to the airport. Perfect if you are flying out really early or arriving late at night and don't want to travel to your destination directly after that. The hotel itself was nice and has big enough private parking lot. It was a bit on the expensive side, but at least there is one and it also fenced with a controlled entrance so you can leave your bags in the car and not worry about them getting stolen. The rooms themselves are big enough for a comfortable stay. Nothing special, but nothing was missing either. Everything was clean and kept up. While the hotel is at a big intersection, it is well isolated and there was no noise coming from the street at night.

Good location, useful to stay overnight if you have an early morning plane . There is a cattle and teas/instant coffee inside the room. Also food and drinks are available at the restaurant but I didn’t try them. The room with a street view is well isolated

Good breakfast. I wish they could add omelets to the menu, if possible. Location was OK too. I was not aware that there were 2 intercity hotels. On arrival I went to the one at the airport (near Terminal 1). I was guided to the correct one in Schõnefeld (near Terminal 5).
