Truly a home away from home. This roomy, well-equiped loft apartment is brilliantly located in the heart of Barcelona. This would be my first choice for accommodation if I were to return to this most exciting of European cities.

The lighting is a little dark and one corner standing lamp was broken. The owner is aware that the hot water didn't last more than 5 minutes for a shower, so presumably he'll ask the plumber why....

The location could not be better, next to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas walking street. The studio has a nice view of cool buildings near and far. It has all the items we needed to cook and be self sufficient. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of books we didn't really look at, but lot of Spain & Barcelona books. It was nice to have two elevators serving the building, plus 24/7 guards in the lobby.

Great Central location, clean and tidy with really good temperature controls. All round a great place to stay. I was there for business but would also suit a couple wanting to see the sites.

Hot water in the shower only comes out for about 5 minutes, so, two persons can't use the shower one after another in a row.

Location is the best. Room is clean and spacy.

Perfect location right off Plaza Catalunya, close to transport, shopping, many restaurants and bars, and a full supermarket only meters away. The apartment was cozy and homely, the air conditioning efficient and beautifully cool, and the bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay at this lovely apartment the next time we are in Barcelona.

The kitchen was not that well equiped ( eg no frying pan). And the shower screen was in need of replacement / repair as quite mouldy at the base.

Hercules was great; Met us on time and was very friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect - a short distance from everything (We had planned to use the metro but found we didn't need it as we walked everywhere). Great comfy bed. TV with netflix for those hot afternoons. Building security and a great lift to get to the apartment with luggage.

Being so centrally located comes with its drawbacks: noise at all times, day and night. Bring good earplugs! The bathtub is a bit old and in need of a revamp, also some kind of curtain would help not expose all parts of your naked body to random people on the stairs if wanting to open the window to let the steam out after having a shower :-)

The flat is centrally located, close to supermarkets, bus and underground stops, literally five seconds away from Plaza Catalunya. It is an ample studio flat with a kitchen corner, a couch, a dining area and a bathroom. we were welcomed by friendly Hercles, who let us stay longer on our check-out day as the next guests would arrive late. There’s all the cutlery and crockery and towel-ware you could possibly imagine. A washing machine and a dishwasher with cleaning tabs. Nice, exotic pictures on the walls, and a zillion interesting books that we had absolutely no time to browse through. 24h concierge, two lifts, a very fancy building.

Nicely appointed bachelor pad, in a very comfortable/secure building. Apartment was larger than expected and very well located. Great part of town! NB:Hot water tank was sufficient for two average showers, but not much more.

i will be in Barcelona half a year from now and unfortunately the place is already taken for the relevant days because i wanted already to order it. i arrived earlier than expected because a change in my flight and they helped me by allowing me to leave the luggage there while they finished to prepare the apartment and in the moment it was ready i got it even that it was few hours before the checkin time. the location is exceptional. i was in Barcelona few times and it's by far the best.place i met even better than hotels with all the facilities. i will be back

The reception guy was not nice, not a resolutive person. The Apartment was not clean. The wardrobe was full of blankets and duvets, just a few space for our things and clothes.

The location was perfect , the bed and were excellent. The building was elegant, there was securit night and day.
