Everything here was immaculate and high quality. It had everything you could need and want. It is a real home from home. Wouldn’t hesitate staying there again and looking to come back later in the year. The staff were helpful and happy and made the short stay perfect.

The intercom in our room didn’t work. We called reception via mobile phone and when it was busy we left a voice message for a call back as prompted but we hadn’t gotten one when we checked out an hour and half later

The check in being very late (4pm) the blonde curly haired waitress giving abuse to staff (who were excellent and very kind and accommodating) while we were having breakfast. She made it uncomfortable!

the apartment was lovely, pool and jacuzzi were so clean and really well presented. Breakfast included was amazing, really enjoyed eating in the sun!

Very difficult to find a criticism. Maybe a bit more information about surrounding area in Reception.

Spotless, well laid out room. Excellent location for the AO Arena. Would definitely stay here again.

Bit loud at night time due to being in a busy part of the city, kept waking up. We also had some loud drunk people walk past our room back to their room early hours of the morning unfortunately.

The food was absolutely gorgeous! We had both an evening meal and the breakfast. The room was spacious, comfy bed and lots of amenities. Very clean also. Great facilities such as pool. All staff were friendly.

They needed more staff on the front desk when it's busy when people were checking in.

Bed could be more comfy, service in restaurant at breakfast a bit disorganised. Some tables needed cleaning underneath after children had made a mess.

Everything in apartment was of a very good standard. Loved the location and view of cathedral.

Strong smell of cleanser especially in the elevator lobby and in fridge of room. Bed and sofa rather hard, would’ve hoped for fuller pillows/options. Huge differnce in staff on breakfast between Friday and Saturday. Could see the difference of new staff and more experienced ones - since I believe weekends sell the most I would put emphasis on quality there aswell. Friday staff took their time to actually serve the customer and there was no feeling of rush. On Saturday had multiple servers that felt to all be rushed and missed some parts of the order.

Good location where it’s easy to walk anywhere. The store is also around the corner for easy access. Nice addition with the pool and restaurant/bar. Extra points for breakfast served in table! Room had everything one could need and had a nice layout. Excellent and friendly staff 🤍 Always ready to help!

The apartment was amazing! Had a great view of the cathedral and only a 5min walk into the city centre. Parking was next door and the swimming pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Apartment was clean and spacious, comfortable bed and well equipped. The had a great restaurant in the lobby and the breakfast was extremely tasty. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
