Problems getting back from Etihad by tram . Unable to get to hotel before tram service shut down .

The television in the room did not work well. There were certain channels that were pixelating and changing channels was not straightforward.

All of the staff were pleasant, polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and we'll appointed. We were very pleased with the breakfast and the service involved We would certainly stay here again.

Ran out of breakfast tea although the coffee was of an excellent standard.

Typical room size for modern boutique hotel but modern crisp finish. Sharp design bathroom and furnishings. Breakfast buffet style good value. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar open 24 hours where coffee and tea available as no kettle in room. Bedding was very comfortable . Double bed with 2 quilts. 7 min taxi drive to Coop Live and Etihad Stadium.

No coffee/tea facilities in the room but was available in the dining area, which can be a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable & clean. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Tram station is a short walk away but you need to get your return link in time (some may end around midnight).

Although guests can get coffee and tea from the machines in the restaurant, facilities in the room would be good. It's nice to have a hot drink while you get up and dressed etc in the morning.

Convenient stop for staying after a concert at Co-op live. We were able to arrive and check in after midnight and the staff were helpful and courteous. Early breakfast which offered a good, generous selection of hot and cold food and nice coffee.

The bed was really firm and quite hard and I didn’t sleep so well. A little far away from town centre.

Exceptionally clean and fresh looking. Loved the sofas to lounge on around reception/eating area. Reasonably priced drinks. Lovely late night snacks available. Very pleasant staff. Fabulous shower.

No bad points

This is a little gem, one stop from Victoria and 3min from the tram stop. The rooms are comfortable and well designed and were spotless. The bed too was comfortable with high quality linen. The towels were high quality too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and bar provides a great area to relax with a pool table. Breakfast was very good and the coffee machine is complimentary 24 hours. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very helpful, food excellent. Second time I have stayed here and advise anyone heading to Manchester to check the hotel out. Loved the relaxed atmosphere in what can only be described as a "common room" in the bar/breakfast area.

Preferred not to have hairdryer in bathroom but only a small criticism.

First time we've stayed here, but hopefully it won't be the last, excellent location, tram to city centre is just very short walk away Great staff, spotlessly clean, and great facilities, the rooms were so pleasant, really well equipped and decorated, also plenty of parking, it really is a gem of a find If we are to return to Manchester, this will be the first place we'll look
