Only the ravers outside, usually love music 🎶 but wanted to listen to the sea haha ,it’s all good was really fun escape.

Staff very kind friendly and helpful! Relaxed atmosphere. They were very good to my Lily Dog and made us all feel welcome so thank you .

The lady member of staff who was still trying to clean our room!when we were escorted by a senior member of WHO had said it was ready after such along wait.THAT member of staff was also cooking and we all had breakfast and it was LOVELY AND SHE SHOULD Recognised for HER BLOODY HARD WORK.The front of house needs alot off work ,Told us leave bags there is always someone on desk NoNoNo that's not true. We were watching an our bags where left for must of the time so I sat back down where bags were left.

Putting bins in bathroom, bigger/wider mirrors in family sized rooms, some of the mattresses were just too springy/bouncy needed to be a bit firmer. The lifts were not working, too many stairs to climb especially with lots of luggage and children. Breakfast is between 8-10am yet both mornings at 9am there was barely any hot breakfast or they are not refilling/topping up quickly enough. I understand parking is limited but handing car keys over so cars could be moved by the staff was not something I was happy with.

Shower was temperamental. Got stuck on scolding but my engineer boyfriend tapped it and once we got it where we needed didn’t touch it for the rest of the stay

Nobody knows what they are doing

Good location and food was excellent. Even though on booking I paid for half board but upon arrival the receptionist said they didn’t do that so had to pay again for evening meal. Even though there is still an option on booking.com

The bar area was full of kids in the evening and felt a bit like a youth club. Car keys were taken from you and put in a box in a drawer by reception, didn't seem very safe as the drawer was not locked.

The lift was meant to be out of order, as I have a lot of luggage, mainly as I swim, and I have no idea, how many and have to have warm clothes, so for me carrying up 2 floors, is uncomfortable, Staff moving cars around, I wanted to leave on Sunday at 8.15, at 8.20 I drove my car out, as they had moved, other cars. Day before car was ready for me to leave at 7.30. If early bird, heating not on until about 7am

Bed comfortable, breakfast fantastic, meal I eat was OK, no alcohol cocktails ok,/fantastic depends on the 1 you had, basics tea/ coffee in room, no decaf coffee, as room not serviced, you helped yourself to extra, toilet rolls, tea, coffee etc.

Noise from road traffic, not hotels fault. Lifts out of action and we were on the 3rd floor.

Only issue was parking having to pay £10 extra on top to park at the hotel, although your given a permit to park in public pay and display

Family oriented hotel. Although we never used the games room it looked brilliant and some entertainment on during the evening which I think is great.

Three floors up and no lift working and carried bags from basement level so 4 floors in reality. No offer of help. Bathroom door lock was broken and the shower was incredibly hot and the tap had broken so couldn’t be turned down.

Nice friendly welcome, parking was made easy with a chap who parks the cars for you. Room was lovely with a beach view.

No hand soap or body wash in bathroom dispensers. Very dirty window for the seaview. If I was being picky the bath towels were a little small.
