Sofa bed in room was very uncomfortable and extra pillows and duvet in cupboard didn't have covers. No doubt this would have been sorted should we have raised it, but didn't realise till we were ready for bed.

I couldn’t sleep very well because of the clanging pipes all night long. Beds weren’t overly comfortable. I told the staff in the morning but all I got was an apology, when I expected some kind of gesture such as refunded car park cost or a voucher for the escape rooms or something.

Location! Sea view.. lovely. Pleasant and helpful staff. Cosy vibe.

Lifts didn't work in one wing meaning we had to be in opposite wings to granny. This was partly our thought as assumed lifts would be working so didn't flag it up prior to visit. The radiator wasn't working in granny's room. Was told by reception that it was sorted but it wasn't. Bit patronising "did you turn it" 🤔 To discover the next day it had the wrong valve on it so maintenance needed to replace it. Was sorted though but not ideal.

The breakfast staff were amazing, so accommodating. Cheerful and happy. Cooked vegan options to order.

The third floor is a hike if you don't want to take the very very slow and noisy lift. Small staircase and corners took some maneuver. Shower was either too hot or too cold and no pressure at all!!! Noisy when someone walks past your door as you can hear their conversation.

even though it said on site car park we had to park some distance away and we had to ask to change rooms because the one we were given was so small

the hotel is in a good location the staff were very helpful and friendly the food was good

Lift very small and took ages. Car parking very limited on site , parked in offsite car park but was a good 10mins walk from hotel as a single parent with 2 children and a dog it was hard to carry all bags and dog bed back to hotel once parked up!

Fantastic location! Great family room within resteraunt with some games for kids.

There was no entertainment as advertised. Parking is chaotic. If your car is blocked in you have to wait for the staff to move every single car to enable you to get yours out. I think charging £10 per night for that is outrageous.

Sadly the toilet was very dirty when we arrived and the shower was a little faulty. The breakfast would of been better if it had been hot. I understand this is a very old building and it's lovely but they could maybe modernise it by having usb ports in the rooms

The location was lovely and the views were stunning. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was presented well.
