You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI understand the trend in hotels is to not give fresh towels everyday. HOWEVER, I do believe a room needs to be checked, if the towels are on the floor a guest requires new ones. The trash should be emptied every day. This is getting to be ridiculous, soon we will be thrown some sheets and told to make our own bed. And I understand it is the ecology minded hotel owner who is not supplying new towels everyday, thus their bottom line looks better because they need a MUCH reduced staff and linen service. However, THAT HUGE savings IS NOT passed on to the customer. Less and less service, but more cost!
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable.

I must say I stood in a lot of hotels around the Bethlehem Allentown area before my fiancé passed away. We were actually building our life out there. The hotel is wonderful and especially the manager. I had the smallest little problem and she took care of it like oh good manager should I just wish I don’t understand the whole 4 o’clock check-in to me that just makes no sense especially on a weekday

United States of AmericaDescription for the King room stated there was a couch . Totally inaccurate. There was one broken desk chair and an odd hard occasional chair. Elevator was iffy. Didn’t run one night. Night staff on 3/5 was less than friendly. Breakfast that was offered for $10 was a joke.
Location was good for our family. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Property was very clean.

United States of AmericaOnly downside was that the pool was out of order & the bar/restaurant was also not open...and we had to pay $10 a day per person for breakfast if we wanted it. They were bummers but not dealbreakers! I'm sure they'll have everything up & running soon. They also charge like $5.30 p/n for parking...I'm hoping they do away with that at some point. But again, not a deal breaker. Esp bc our room was absolutely amazing, well worth every penny.
We were in town to get married & chose this hotel bc we stayed there 2 years ago for our 12 yr anniversary & we loved it! The room we got this time was so huge, clean & just perfect! The front desk staff were great, they held our wedding cake in their fridge. There was a front desk agent that works the day shift, and she worked there during our last stay too...she was such a peach. Truly such a sweetheart. I can't remember her name but she had a big beautiful curly afro. You guys are so lucky to have an employee like her! They were even able to accommodate my bridesmaid checking in early Friday so that we could start getting ready for the wedding!! I will always recommend your hotel to anyone planning to stay in that area!

I loved the room. It was very roomy but the picture of the room was not what was expected. The room was very clean. The pool looked nice and clean as well as the gym.
