Our first room the coffee pot wasen't working, then we noticed a leak in the bathroom so they moved us to another room. They went over backwords to please us. I mean things happen. But we had a great experience there. We love the pool for our grandkids, however this time it made three out of 5 of us got an itchey rash from the pool. But over all we'll be back. The whole staff from management to the door men were Great!! We couldn't of asked for better service!!Watkins - 10Scored 10

Food was mediocre didn’t have the items on menu Roads for a city with snow storm were clear and able to navigate from one end to the other easily. This hotel is well-situated downtown so we could do our activities and come back for a rest and freshen up between activities. The breakfast served is good value for money. In addition, it is right next to the Canada Life Center and despite the proximity, there were events on both nights we stayed here and we were not disturbed by the crowd or the noise at all.
