Great place to stay, very clean, equipped with everything you might need (we didn't, but there is a washing machine, iron, lots of dishes for cooking an etc.), nice small garden with swing for little ones. it also has parking outside

Madlhof ligger i Himmelreich och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering, 2 km från Klessheim slott. The apartment was fantastic. Comfortable, spacious, beautiful, clean and well equipped. Underground parking. Quiet setting, walking distance to the airport (no more then 10 minutes) and from there bus/ tram short journey to the centre of Salzburg (line 10) Perfect place. The owner was very helpful and kind.

This modern, quietly located 3-star hotel is part of the Wals Trade Centre and is just off the A1 motorway and only 800 metres from Salzburg Airport. I really like the option to have pancakes with peanut butter and nutella !

Hostel Salzburg-Wals ligger i Salzburg, mindre än 1 km från Klessheim slott, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. The staff were very gentle. The guy in the front desk really helped us with lots of information we were looking for. The breakfast was great and the rooms clean!

Haus Kernstock ligger 3 km från Salzburgs flygplats och bara några minuter från Hangar-7 med den berömda restaurangen Ikarus. It’s a nice little place, very clean. We had 2 single rooms for my granddaughter and me. No breakfast, but didn’t expect it. It’s at the end of the street, turning the car around is a bit of work. We were looking for a simple inexpensive base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area, not a destination hotel with lots of services, it was just what we needed. Laundry service is available for 8 euro a load.

Everything you need in an apartment. We stayed for 4 nights, which was more than enough to explore Salzburg. Our daughter was most impresed by the remote control for the window shades, therefore she was the apartment sherif for light and shade. Our son was impresed by the PS4 (altough it didn't work), he used the controler to save the world :-). But we definitly apreciate Monopoly, because we all evolved into modern kapitalist.
