The property is quiet and in its original status. However, very well loved, maintained and looked after. The staff and management are exceptionally friendly and lovely. Their sunbeds are literally on the waterfront. No complaints when it comes to their breakfast selection and their overall hospitable attitudes. They are very accommodating when I asked for a late, late checkout.

Surrounded by lush greenery, and just 10 metres away from the beach in Potokaki area, Studio Nikos offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi. we had a great time in Nikos Studios! the room was very comfortable and spacious while it was also fully renovated. Very important: the mattress of the bed was brand new and comfortable and we had excellent night sleep.we will definitely come back in our next visit to Samos.

The room was quite simple, yet for the price I paid it was very good value for money. The property has also a swimming pool, however I did not use it as there are plenty of great beaches in Samos! Staff is very friendly!
