Although it’s only one floor, I do wish they put an elevator for older guests and disabled people. This is one of the best hotels in Erbil, the look and feel of the rooms are to a great standard. I have stayed many times on business trips thus far.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and housekeeping did thier job as rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with different menu each day and variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located nearby dining options and shopping. I had to extend my stay due to unexpected illness and was there for almost 10 days. I felt very safa and comfortable and staff and management were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel
