Everything about this place is great! It was renovated lately, and it was evident that every detail had been carefully considered with thought and love for the guests. Breakfast was great, with delicious home made bread. What made the stay truly unforgettable is the kindness of the home owner and the other staff - my phone stopped working that day, and the home owner arranged and old phone for me!

Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this apartment is 1.2 miles from the Pollurinn Hot Spring. Great central location in the heart of old town but very quiet. The park adjacent was a pleasant surprise and our children enjoyed playing in the garden. Very well equipped and clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. Many thoughtful touches and a well stocked kitchen. The hosts were exceptional - very friendly and informative. Spending time with Gisli was one of the highlights of our 2 weeks in Iceland, he is such a lovely man.

This self-catering accommodations is located in north-western Iceland, and features a garden and BBQ facilities. Free WiFi access is available. This suite (B) was exceptional. The view out the windows is stunning of the local mountains. The garden is beautiful and the deck such a pleasure to enjoy. The suite itself is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could want. I loved the little kitchen. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and made my stay a joy. I would 100% stay here again. It is up a very small hill from town and a really nice walk (5 mins) into the center of town with more views along the way.

I stayed in managing guesthouse by myself and checked in late. I felt incredibly safe and was very thankful to be loaned a phone charger by one of the kind staff members.
