This house is just adorable and I really couldn’t understand some negatif comments after staying 4 nights here. The house is a typical small wine cellar (adega) made with volcanic stones, it is very cute and photogenic. It has a terrace with a big table where you can watch the sunset on one side and Pico on the other side while drinking a nice Pico wine. there is another half closed terrace again with a big table where you can make barbecue and enjoy the views. Then in the house there is everything one can need. we prepared full meals without any issue. And the “welcome basket” from the owner is not just a small courtesy gift, it’s like he actually went shopping for us! we had everything needed for the breakfasts (for 4 days) already provided, cheese, yogurts, fruits, biscuits, coffee, tea etc…Overall the experience was incredible, an island like Pico deserves a typical and magical stay like this one. Oh and there was sardine festival in the village when we where there, there was music, very nice people, beer and wine 1 Euro and fresh sardines for free!!

Offering accommodation with sea and mountain views, Paraíso do Triângulo is located in Lajido, in the Pico Island, in Azores. Pico Airport is 4 km from the property and free WiFi is available. Claudio was fantastic. He helped us find a rental car and provided us with some local wine/food as a welcome gift. There were bikes to use at the location which was an unexpected plus.

Nastanitev Azores Wine Company je v mestu Cais do Mourato in nudi brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso ter pogled na morje. Fantastic view across the vineyards and down to the sea, clean and modern rooms, good breakfast. Great wine :) The dining experience we had here was incredible and definitely part of the Azores Wine Company experience - can’t recommend this enough. The tasting was also great fun, and the staff of course were very knowledgable about their wine and the history of winemaking in Pico.
