Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

تقع الشقق الفندقية Avani Plus Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites على بُعد حوالي 1.7 كم من شاطئ باراستي، وهي أماكن إقامة توفر مسبحاً مع إطلالة ومركزاً للياقة البدنية وإمكانية استخدام الدراجات مجاناً... Good location, close to Palm, Marina, Beach, Quiet, realy nice...

يقع فندق "Jumeirah Living Marina Gate Hotel and Apartments" على الواجهة البحرية لحي دبي مارينا، وعلى بُعد أقل من 1 كم من الممشى في جميرا بيتش ريزيدنس و8 كم من مول الإمارات وفندق برج العرب جميرا وجميرا... Perfect vacation. The hotel made a present for the birthday we celebrated. And provided a better apartment complimentary. Very helpful and polite stuff. Very clean and renovated.

يوفرDamac Maison Canal Views حمام سباحة في الهواء الطلق ومطعم ويقدم إقامة بالخدمة الذاتية مع الديكورات الداخلية الحديثة الأنيقة. كما تتوفر خدمة الواي فاي المجانية في الغرف. Amazing stay. Staff were very polite, professional and friendly especially Kareem from the reception. Daily cleaning service. Pool and location were also great.

Located just 11 km from Mall of the Emirates, izzzilife Mint features accommodation in Dubai with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, as well as a lift. Great location, helpful staff, nice rooms with the terrace

Facilities of the flat, We have stayed in Cheval Harrington Gardens in LONDON. Dubai is better. M

تقع الشقة الفندقية Lusso Hometels J One Business Bay بمنطقة الخليج التجاري في دبي، وبالقرب من نافورة دبي، وتضم مسبحاً على السطح وغسالة ملابس، كما توفر هذه الشقق الفندقية كل من خدمة الواي فاي والمواقف... Literally close to everything, there's a supermarket, pharmacy and a restaurant next to the facility. Check-in was smooth, the room is impeccable with all the amenities necessary. True value for money.

Fashion Avenue Dubai Mall Residences, formerly Address Dubai Mall provides accommodation located 500 metres from the centre of Dubai and offers an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Apartment with access to Address facilities , also we could order food and delivered to room. All necessary things were provided after request by WhatsApp. Qstay representative was very nice by explaining all during check-in. Good option if you want to stay in Address, but pay less with the same hotel facilities access

Well set in the centre of Dubai, Address Dubai Opera Residences by Qstay offers a balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. Good location, kids club was good, very clean
