Checked in with them and everything was fully explained. Mike carried our bags to the room and showed us around and explained how air con etc worked. Rooms are beautiful. Very modern and a balcony area in each bedroom. Used the pool facilities and it was again perfect. Bar was lovely and Mike and family were checking in and chatting with all guests which was lovely. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept too. Mike also helped us arrange a taxi to a nearby restaurant and advised on how we would get back. A few additional mentions are the shower facilities both in room and at pool were great, fridge size was great and room size and kitchenette size great too. Beds were fabulous and comfortable.
