The room is big, clean, modern and very comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks. Best location you can ask for and lovely, helpful staff. All of this for a very reasonable price. We absolutely loved staying here.

Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

On the day of departure there were no more lockers at the station and we could only collect our suitcases after 6pm as we were at the opera. We went back to the hotel and the lady who was on duty on Sunday gave us the room key back so that we could deposit our luggage there and collect it after 6pm. (Reception is closed after 6pm) She had saved us! Thanks Thanks Thanks!

Modern, stylish and clean. It was a new and beautiful studio apartment with a lounge, bathroom, kitchen and dining area relatively near the train station and city centre. Would definitely recommend for small families.

The cleanest apartment I've ever experienced (even my baby could crawl on the floor), large terrace with a view, nice modern bathroom, comfortable bed, elevator, fence around the building (feeling of security), private free parking, easy entry with a code, friendly staff available via whatsupp all the time.
