Very close to the old fish market and also in walking distance to buses and metro. We liked the feel of the area as it was not quite as busy and crowded as other places in Tokyo. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations, odering taxis etc. This was our first hotel on our Japan vacation and it really set the bar high for the others that followed.

The separation of the toilet and bath is a genius idea. It made preparations for the day efficient and easier. The hotel is also a few steps away from public transportation and tourist spots, such as the Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo Skytree. It is also near Nakamise-dori and Hoppy St for late night shopping and food trips. We didnt regret choosing Asakusa over Shibuya for our first family trip in Tokyo. It was safe, close to public transportation and tourist spots, and homely.
