Everything was great from location, to staff, to the apartment and cleanliness. The host met us outside and directed us to the interconnected garage. She was very helpful. We were 2 families, 6 people in total and we had one apartment split into 2. Both sections had kitchen facilities, 1 bathroom and toilet each, air-condition, and tv in each bedroom. We also had a big veranda in the main section with great views. Lastly, the location was excellent as all attractions are within walking distance!

The views from the large private balcony over the city are amazing. If you take the shortcut upwards the hill where the apartment is located you will have to climb some stairs but this is very doable for most people. The room itself is clean and as a bonus we had some fresh fruits waiting for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is even an unfoldable ironboard. The host was very helpful when we needed to checkout and leave behind our luggage for a few more hours. There is at least one small local shop for essentials like drinking water. Only for the view itself it is already value for money, but you get more than that.

Since the beginning, she was so thoughtful letting us do an suuuper early check in, because of how soon our bus has arrived. The location is in a walking distance from everywhere: restaurants, bars and the castle. Although the yard of the apartment block is not big enough to accommodate many cars, we managed to park our car right in front of the entrance. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay, I`d say even more than necessary. The shower is in traditional Bulgarian style - no cabin/curtain, but it is dedicated premise, so no issues. Twin room we stayed looks into the courtyard, it was quiet at night.

Very attentive host! I highly recommend this place

Small studio perfect for a night/short stay, very clean, host prompt to answer and give recommendations, also very flexible with check-in/out times. Complimentary gift from the host was also a nice touch, thank you very much again. All in all a pleasant stay at this property.
