The staff was amazing, Yolanda and Noelia were very friendly and at our back and call for everything we needed. They upgraded our room and we got a studio with a view. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, very clean. Definitely THE place to stay in Mérida.

Super friendly greeting on arrival with lots of local information from Francisco. Great location, short walk to centre of Merida and short walk to the river for walking the dog. Quiet at night. Small supermarket opposite. Excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. A kettle would be useful in the kitchen. Parking was easy in the Jose Fernandez car park using the Telpark parking app and reasonable E8 for 24 hours. 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
