Every day he made sure we had everything we needed and mentioned that he was there for anything needed. Also, the free garage meant a lot to us, as well as the free laundry (though it's polite to tip the people who do the work). Whatever we asked for was either provided or taken care of or brought to the room. The rooms are really decent and decently furnished. 10/10

Clearly the property has been renewed and very clean. It was very comfortable and in a very centric spot to walk around and get to know the city by foot. The service provided by Giustino - pick airport pick-up, restaurant recommendation, arranging an early morning taxi pick up - was exceptional. Such "wrap around" attention is rare. The apartment was pristine, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
