Great facility with great staff! The room was super clean and bathroom was so nice and big. Staff is very helpful and kind. Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.

Property was beautiful! The rooms have everything you could possibly need and felt extremely clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful with any questions as well as with recommendations on where to go or how to get around.

Sylvia was incredibly knowledgable, kind and helpful. The apartment is in a perfect location, clean and convenient. Even a bottle of wine on arrival. The small things, attention to detail definitely the highlight of our stay.

You could even feed the fish and ducks from the balcony. This is why we chose this place. A nice kitchen for basic cooking. A quiet area just north of the main part of town.

I was nervous at first given that the location is all the way up hill but everything ended up exceeding our expectations!!! the owner omg is sooo welcoming. I cant recommend this place enough. you get the view, amazing breakfast, quiet and the tranquility.. will come back for sure!
