Contactless check-in, so I never saw anyone from the staff, but they are fast to reply when I needed something. Clear instructions on how get and open the room and use the appliances (though the link to the instructions in the email sent to me didn't work). Lots of shops and cafes nearby.

The room was large with a big window, the bed was comfortable, there was a washing machine in the room and a table for lunch or work. The room was quiet. The owner of the hotel was very kind I would love to come back again!

The property was clean, checkin was seamless and the hotel staff were constantly in contact with me. The bed is comfortable and there were enough room amenities. The hotel is in a very good location, the bus stops are close by and it was very easy to get a taxi to and from the hotel. There are a lot of shops around and the location is very vibrant.

Somerset Jeju Shinhwa World is a 5-minute drive from O'sulloc Tea Museum. The property has an on-site clubhouse that features a spacious lounge, children's playroom and fitness centre. The view(forest) from the room is very good, and the facilities(dish washer, washing machine etc) are good. There is firework event every Friday and Saturday at 8pm which is very amazing!
