The apartment was completely new and modern, in a beautiful renovated antique building, and had all necessary amenities. The best part though were the services, at the level of the best hotels! Miguel was the perfect host! always present at the reception or to answer our questions and giving us great recommendations for places/restaurants which he helped us to book! Would definitely recommend, and will stay here when we come back!

The attitude of the staff was exceptional, lots of towels, large refrigerator, wide parking place, quiet place, close to grocery shop and some good restaurants. Due to steep reljef it is better to use car to reach town centre.

Very kind and supportive staff, a lot of space in the rooms, very good breakfast, option for transfer to the airport, pool/gym/sauna present, all facilities present in the room (storage, sizable bathroom with plenty of towels & Rituals package, kitchen with all you need)

The location is central, the space was large enough for all of us and fairly comfortable. The terrace is cozy. Overall, we had a good time there.

The location is amazing, the apartment itself is fantastic - it's well equipped, well designed, with everything you need. Plus the view is amazing too. The hosts are friendly, helpful and were very flexible. This is genuinely one of the best apartments I've stayed in.

The host is amazing too, kind, accommodating and always willing to help. If I go back to Ponta Delgada I would definitively book this property again.

The view from your room is spectacular. The breakfast was nice, with a little buffet. The staff was great and eager to help us.
