Very welcoming and kind host, always at our disposal. He immediately responded to all our requests. He helped us to buy fish directly from the fisherman and to prepare it on the grill flawlessly. Generous and well-equipped apartment. Location of the apartment 4 min. from the beach. Many restaurants with varied menu and affordable prices. I would come back anytime.

The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

We really enjoyed staying at the Captain's Residence. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful with recommendations, making bookings, etc. The room was very clean and everything is new. The location is great because you are at the north end of Ksamil, so you can avoid all of the traffic. Parking is included, which is a big bonus. You can park and walk everywhere. Highly recommend!
