Most comfortable place to stay for a family, very neat and clean, secured and Cosy. Very near to Nizami street and great place for food lovers of Pakistan, India azri and western cuisine. Very busy streets and lanes around the building. Room roof height and color combination is very good that's why room looks so spacious. Really i love that accommodation and wants to stay more but i don't have time. Its a apartment in residential building and on ground floor hospital is available for any emergency.

The Host was very helpful and organized transport to and from the airport. The apartment is ideal for a family room or for friends sharing. The decor is beautiful and very modern. The bathroom was very clean. The location is perfect too and all the bars, restaurants and shops are within a nice walking distance. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just to note : there is no elevator and it’s four floors up so be prepared to get some steps in. Overall the security entering the building and rooms is excellent and there is a safe in the apartment.

Excellent location in a city centre, 5mins walk to the sea, 15mins walking distance away from city’s main landmarks. Nice view from the balcony and the host was bice too. The flat had all we need I just wish the kitchen was a bit bigger. Overall - great value for money.

The apartment is very nice, the position is strategic to visit the beauty of Baku. It's situated in front of the sea boulevard and in a few minutes walking you can visit all the attractions, but it's also near to the bus station (with nr 5 you can go quite everywhere) and to the metro station and the taxi service by app works as well. Around the apartment many supermarkets are open 24 hours and you can find everything you need. The apartment is wide and comfortable, with a cozy living room, a smart TV and with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, a new washing machine, fridge and freezer; only the dishwasher is missing). There is a heating system by radiator and in every room there is an independent conditioner. Two bedrooms are placed in the internal part of the house, opposite to the main road, no noise at all. The bathroom is complete, with a bath tube/shower, with Muslim shower and with a bidet (that for us Italian is very important). Salim and Amil are the plus of this apartment because they made my stay very comfortable, providing me with every request of little things missing. Next time in Baku I'll definitely book this apartment again. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

Restaurants are very near. Supermarkets and Nizami Street, is in the same building. The kitchen is well equipped with all needed appliances. Very clean towels and linen. Very big apartment. And most importantly the apartment manager is very polite, helpful and cooperative, answers telephone anytime you need.

I liked both the building and the apartment. The apartment has a large area and is very cozy. When you leave the house you immediately find yourself in the center. The owner greeted us very well.
