We arrived much later than expected but Delia was there to warmly greet us and get us settled in. The property is lovely, it's literally a minute walk to a great beach but set back from the road enough to afford a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our daughter would get up at 6am to catch the monkeys coming down from the trees before they set off for the day (luckily she would then go back to sleep for a bit). Our suite was comfortable and well appointed, kitchen allowed us to cook and save money by not eating out for every meal. Pool is refreshing and well maintained. Convenient mini-market within an easy 5 minute walk. Hopefully we get to return someday as it was wonderful lodging to explore a truly magical part of the island.

Great location a short way from the wonderful beaches of the West Coast. You could walk to the beach although we had hired a car to explore the island. Easy journey into Speightstown & Holetown with lots of restaurants & beach bars to choose from. Supermarkets in Speightstown & Holetown. We were well looked after by the agent & property manager Marcia. The communal pool was just across the road which we enjoyed using. The property itself is well maintained and was very comfortable for our 2 week stay.

We had an amazing stay at Sungold House, everything was great, Jan and Gary are brilliant hosts, they helped with anything we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean and has everything you could need. The location is excellent, across the road from the beautiful Heywoods beach and within waking distance to bars and restaurants.

Tornato a Barbados per la terza volta ho amato quella zona, molto tranquilla appena fuori dalla rotta dei turisti ma con delle spiagge stupende, 10 minuti di macchina arrivi a Speightstown, paesino squisito dove trovare alcuni ottimi ristoranti. L'appartamento è ultra accessoriato, due camere grandi cucina fornitissima salotto e terrazza vista sul zona alberata con dietro il mare dei caraibi. I propietari sono delle persone amabili gentili e premurose. Ci tornerò appena posso!

The location is excellent - right across the road from Mullins beach and a couple of very good beachside restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. The staff were excellent, helpful, very friendly. The other guests were friendly - it has a really nice community feel.
