was supposed to stay 1 night and stayed 3 ! in the center and close to main activities: restaurants, tour agencies, taxis, supermarket right in front of the beach ! lovely place and room with the sense of details very confortable room: Netflix, wifi, beach towel, body lotion ! full excellent breakfast, they also accepted to cook breakfast for me earlier than breakfast hours as I was leaving early amazing attention and communication with staff organized my tour to Isla de la plata

We were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, large and the kitchen very well equipped. The location is good. You are only one street behind the coast and so it is very quiet at night and yet you are close to the beach and all restaurants. Wifi was stable and fast (20Mb) and the host has always responded very quickly to messages. Aircon was definitely a huge plus because otherwise it is very warm in the apartment.

It was really close to the beach, and the owner was so sweet. There was a rooftop terrace with hammocks and chairs from which you could see the ocean, and it was a beautiful view. Furthermore, the room was very nice, with its own bathroom, fridge, and cooking area.

Amazing location across from the beach in a quieter part of town, but a very easy walk or short tuk tuk ride to the bars and restaurants in town. The staff was top notch, rooms were comfortable and well maintained w AC and the food was great. Couldn't recommend any higher. Best place to stay in Puerto Lopez by far and the staff couldn't be any friendlier or more hospitable

New and very nice loft style apartments with hot water and air conditioning. Comfortable stay. Smart tv in the bedroom. Cool roof hatch access. Nice little place to stay a little further from the busier downtown part but still walkable to everything.

So blessed to have stayed at patty apartment. Victor and Patricia are amazing host. They go out of there way to make sure your comfterble. Location is good. Close to beach but far away from the center noise. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

what a great place! we stayed in a dome and it was very comfortable. the air conditioning was amazing, and our place was in a great location right across from the beach. it was affordable and the pool was an excellent touch. staff was very helpful. one of my favorite places that I’ve stayed in Ecuador!

it was basically right on the beach. my second floor room had a gorgeous view of the beach. Heidi is an engaging host, a font of local information and becomes a friend quickly.

Our room was amazing! It was essentially a treehouse with a lofted second floor. There was a hammock in the room that was absolutely lovely to lounge in. Beds had mosquito nets, which was helpful. The property also has the cutest dogs, as well as a parakeet, as pets! Our breakfast on the terrace was lovely and only cost us about $5.
