Really helpful and welcoming staff. Perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport or train station by public transport. Old city starts literally around the corner. Sea is 10 minutes walking max Small fish market and butchery is around the corner too- actually in the old town. The kitchenette has everything for cooking, including small stove

Fantastic stay with fantastic hosts! We liked the quiet location not far from the train station. We walked pretty much everywhere, but the tram was available to take you down to the promenade. Staff was so helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and lovely.

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

Susanna was very helpfull She took Care if our bags before check-in and the day we left we had a late flight and she kept our bags so we could enjoy Nice all day without carrying around our luggage

It is a great and specious apartment with many amenities that make our stay excellent. The apartment was very clean and in a quite area, and within a walking distance to sightseeing spots. It was very easy to reach it from the airport. The host Muriel is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. She made our stay in Nice even more pleasant. We stayed in a love little apartment, it had all the basics needed. There is a fridge, hob and microwave in the room along with a coffee machine. There is a lovely private terrace. Room was very comfortable. Parking available which is a huge bonus in Nice. The host was extremely friendly and communicative.
