New and extremely nicely decorated hotel. The flat is also very nicely furnished. The private kitchen is very convenient and was fully equipped. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. Towels, soaps and shampoo were provisies. Everything was perfectly clean. The air conditioning did an excellent job. The WiFi, with its own router in the room, was good and fast. Lovely swimming pool The owners pay a lot of attention to the hotel and are incredibly friendly. Even the damage we had caused to the ceiling, they did not want to be reimbursed. Excellent location, close to the beach and the centre. Parking in front of the door. Excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.

The host was very nice, he let us to take our little dog in hotel. Room was clear end nice, with all necessary equipment. Garden also was clean and nice, great for people with kids.

Solo Apartments offers a quiet, clean and friendly accomodation in Ureki. When we were spending our time there, the apartments seemed to attract families who favoured a more relaxed and quiet vacation. That suited us just fine, as we were travelling with a 1 year old baby who sometimes has problems falling asleep when there's too much noise. We are also especially thankful for the flexibility our landlady showed towards us concerning some of our special requests. All in all we felt very welcome and might be back again.

A nice modern apartment with swimming pool access. Well equipped kitchen. Big parking area. Quiet surroundings. Nikora- shop is on the way to the sea as lots of local veggie markets. Free transfer from Ureki railway station.

The place is spacious, has all ammenidies. There was a barbecue. The location is perfect: it's close to the beach - around 5 mins walk, there are grocery stores, restaraunts and a market not so far. Khatuna is a great host. She is super hospitable and responsive. Always ready to help, if something comes up.
