A fantastic villa as the pictures suggest, located in a quiet part of the village next to a hotel. The property has lots of space; all the bedrooms are set-up nicely and the lounge area very comfortable. The outside pool area is lovely. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the local shops (great bakery!) and marina area. We stayed before the summer season started so most restaurants closed but they were busily being set-up. Local coast line provided many beach and snorkelling areas. A great luxurious base to explore the coast north and south of Sivota. Highly recommend this Villa.

We arrived late, 11 pm. Reception was closed. we called and they arrived in minutes. They are so kind. Room was clean and had great location.

Zelo lepa lokacija. Bližina mivkaste plaže. Primerno za otroke. Plitva in topla voda. Svetujem, da vzamete s samo ponjave in vrvi da si šotor pokrijete zaradi vročine. Šotori so sicer še kar v senci vendar med 13 in 16 uro so na soncu nam je ponjava prišla prav.

New, very clean villas with everything required. Extremely clean pool. Spectacular views. Very friendly staff. Great for a quiet relaxing holiday. I highly recommend this property and when possible will return. Lovely part of Greece away from mass tourism. Plataria and Igoumenitsa both have good beaches and restaurants.
