Los apartamentos están ubicados en un área muy tranquila. Las piscinas y el área de los jardines, siempre muy limpios. Los apartamentos son limpiados diariamente y no hay que preocuparse por pedir cambio de toallas, ya que las amables chicas, lo hacen a diario. Todos fueron muy amables tanto en recepción como en el bar. Estuvimos muy contentos!

Very clean, spacious and quiet room with great balcony. Dragan the host was extremely kind and helpful, we had some issues with our car and he helped us a lot! Everything was beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone, it is a great value for the price. Definitely we will be back to Balach apartmans.

The owner lives on the property. They are very friendly and well equipped. There is a supermarket next door and the restaurant opposite is friendly, tasty and well stocked.

By my opinion, one of the finest places I have seen around for many of years. Brand-new apartment, well-equipped, huge terrace and green garden ideally suits for youth and adults as well. Perfectly located just nearby Poreč offers escape from daily rush and good starting point for moving around Istra. And finally but not less important - our host Martina - beautiful young lady staying at your disposal 0-24h and always willing to help, but also discrete and unobtrusive.
