Self check in was easy! Very central and close to activities, good restaurants and transport. Clean! Very small room and not good view is OK for one night.

Great location. Close to Local coffee corner, main shopping areas and the beach. Ku de ta beach club 5mins walk. Nopa (manager) was very accommodating and helpful. Lulu made us amazing breakfasts daily. Food was great. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. 5 star hotel standards. Beds super comfortable and nice linen and robes provided. House cleaning did a superb job. Laundry cleaned for a nominal amount. Kids really enjoyed the pool Loved it!

The villa was very new and beautifully furnished. The pool looks small in the pictures, but it isn't. It is perfect even for more than 2 people. We especially appreciated the water server and the bathroom. On the cleanliness side, everything was spotless. The staff is superb, extremely kind and accommodating. The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak that you can walk to various night life spots. You will need a scooter to reach the beach though.

Beautiful Villa with big bedrooms and spacious and luxury bathrooms, all the property it's well maintained and sparkly clean. We enjoy our stay. The staff's friendly and professional and makes us feel at home. The location's simply perfect, walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, Spa, and boutiques. We already book a fews more nights when we back from Nord Bali. Note: The Internet it's fast and each villa has its own router

The villa was well equipped and maintained. It was centrally located and parking was available for our scooter on site . The staff , especially the housekeeping were amazing ,they really didn’t miss a thing to make it a lovely relaxing holiday.

Everything about this place was amazing. From the beautiful villa to the meals to the convenient location. The owner Agung was very corperative both before the stay and during the stay so makes it easier to make arrangements and clarify things. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The property is situated in a very convenient location giving easy access to seminyak beach, KU DE TA, convenient stores, spa’s etc. It’s only a 25 mins drive to Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Club where we took a grab taxi. The breakfast concept is also very unique where the staff comes and prepares it in your villa.

Very close to main centre, flexible with check in and check out times. No issues with checking in. Didn’t have to wait at all. Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet, away from the chaos. Lots of nearby shops.
