La pileta hermosa y limpia. Mucha limpieza en las habitaciones y todos los días te ofrecían limpiar. Los chicos que trabajan super amables y super serviciales durante toda la estancia. Muy amplias las habitaciones y cómodas, la mini cocina viene muy bien para cocinarte. Hay un restaurante cerca que te hace envío a domicilio.

We stayed in Ratna Villa 3. The facilities are very pretty and look as advertised in the photos. The exact location of the villa is in a beautiful alley about 10mins by foot from the main road so its very peaceful and quiet. Across the alley are restaurants, bars and local shops. Only scooters are allowed (no cars, taxis etc) but the stuff picked up our luggage and moved them to the villa (via scooter). We requested breakfast one morning and they provided free of charge! Wayan (member of the stuff) was very helpful with any requests and questions we had and Ratna was responsive when we needed information.

The pool was awesome! It was great to come back from our daily excursions in Ubud and relax with a swim in the pool! The place was very nice, with every room having a view of the pool! The dining and living area had views of a rice field! Though it is in the city the place felt very secluded. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ubud!

Beautiful calm oasis in the center of ubud! Extremely kind people working there and even a kitchen and fridge to share. We enjoyed everything!
