The host was so lovely and kind, and the house has such a great atmosphere with all the plants. I felt really at ease and welcomed, as a solo female traveller I found this option so much better than a pricier hotel. With a balcony as well it was a great spot to spend the evening. Transport via auto-rickshaw with local rates and for a small fee the host can arrange meals as well. Absolutely amazing value for money and I would highly recommend.

Located in beautiful and serene atmosphere,have all facilities like airport, railway station, Travancore mall within 5km radius.Host is very cooperative and humble so is the caretaker. Accessibility of the place is excellent. It was a stay like home for last 12days.

Wbhat a wonderful place. We arrived late at night. The host arranged a taxi pickup from the airport. He stayed up for us and showed us everything. The breakfast next morning was very delicious. Altogether a very nice stay with a very friendly family.

The location was very quiet and calm, still easily accessible from restaurants, train station and airport. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. They would put fresh flowers around every day, and the outside garden was very nice, specially in the evening with its lights on. The room was perfect, the best one I have stayed in India so far. Clean, functional and so comfortable. All the furnitures and bed mattress and sheets were pretty new. Bathroom was big and nice, also with hot water. The breakfast was also pretty good. Sweet and sour options, and everything was fresh. The host and his wife were also very kind and always ready to help! I really appreciated my stay with you, thank you!

Breakfast and all-round service excellent. A bonus was that Vinod, the immensely helpful 'caretaker', was also able to rustle up a delicious evening meal. Very quiet and surrounded by palm trees. It makes for an idyllic photo, looking in a south-westerly direction.

Liked everything about this place. To start off with, it's just a very short distance from the beach and the cliff. Rooms were very neat and comfortable and very spacious. A special mention about Nikhil, the person in charge at this premise. Very friendly guy who goes out the way to make your stay comfortable. Helps you with local info about places around and ways to reach there. To top it found him to be a good singer at their restaurant by the beach. Enjoyed the food and the music.
