The host was so lovely and kind, and the house has such a great atmosphere with all the plants. I felt really at ease and welcomed, as a solo female traveller I found this option so much better than a pricier hotel. With a balcony as well it was a great spot to spend the evening. Transport via auto-rickshaw with local rates and for a small fee the host can arrange meals as well. Absolutely amazing value for money and I would highly recommend.

Located in beautiful and serene atmosphere,have all facilities like airport, railway station, Travancore mall within 5km radius.Host is very cooperative and humble so is the caretaker. Accessibility of the place is excellent. It was a stay like home for last 12days.

Era tutto molto nuovo e pulito. Il letto era veramente comodo e la stanza molto funzionale. Il bagno era grande e c'era doccia con l'acqua calda. La vista è stupenda! Allo sterno c'e un giardino molto curato con delle amache, fiori e lucine. La colazione era semplice, ma fresca. E la location in se è perfetta per rilassare e godere la vista. C'e silenzio e pace. Volendo muoversi è tutto molto accessibile con un tuktuk che ti viene a prendere. Non si arriva proprio davanti alla porta con i mezzi, ma basta chiamarli che loro vengono a darti una mano con la valigia. I ospiti sono veramente disponibile e molto gentile. Ho avuto una bellissima esperienza!

Breakfast and all-round service excellent. A bonus was that Vinod, the immensely helpful 'caretaker', was also able to rustle up a delicious evening meal. Very quiet and surrounded by palm trees. It makes for an idyllic photo, looking in a south-westerly direction.

Liked everything about this place. To start off with, it's just a very short distance from the beach and the cliff. Rooms were very neat and comfortable and very spacious. A special mention about Nikhil, the person in charge at this premise. Very friendly guy who goes out the way to make your stay comfortable. Helps you with local info about places around and ways to reach there. To top it found him to be a good singer at their restaurant by the beach. Enjoyed the food and the music.
