The place is in the perfect location, especially if you want to surf at main/baby point. The property is 2 min away from the beach and there are lots of great restaurants around. The rooms have king sized beds, mosquito nets, space to store your clothes, AC and a big bathroom. Also, there is a communal fully equipped kitchen with. The best part of the property for myself is the owner and his family and friends. They are incredibly helpful with organising the perfect stay for you and always have a smile on their face. Harsha’s mom even cooked rice & curry for us (best one I had during my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka!!). Thanks Harsha for an unforgettable time in A’Bay.

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. We stayed at sunset view beach hotel and dined at the moon garden restaurant for all four days of our beautiful trip to the area. Anas and his team were so obliging in every way and helped us out on so many occasions. Anas was always just a quick WhatsApp away and helped us out with directions, renting a scooter and helpful tips about the area. Our room at the hotel was so comfortable and clean. We had our own personal patio & laundry area and extra room which we used for working from (which we were not expecting) The restaurant was outstanding! The best kotthu I have had so far in Sri Lanka! And excellent friendly staff and service all round. I cannot recommend the place enough. Good people & good vibes. Great & friendly service. The place was amazing with big spacious rooms. There was hot water and a balcony with hammock and chair. The staff was helpful with everything. They help us with taxi, scooter and surf lessons.

Absolutely loved staying here! The guys who run this place are a whole new level of friendly and helpful. I kept extending my stay because I just couldn’t leave. The mattress gave me the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had in my life. The location is brilliant- a few mins walk or a quick cycle to the busy bars/restaurants but it’s a good thing as it’s quiet at any given time yet all is accessible. As a sole female traveller I felt 100% safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!
