This was by far the most beautiful and comfortable Riad we stayed in during our two-week Morocco trip! Beautiful Riad with exceptional interior design in the middle of the Medina. Breakfast, served on the rooftop, was one of the best we had in Morocco. Staff was very helpful. When the night was chilly they even fired up the chimney for us. Definitely worth a visit!

Hasan was a wonderful, charming, and intelligent host with superb english and spicy sense of humor. Attentive, but not intrusive and really kind. First thing he did after our arrival was taking out the map and colorful markers to virtually show us around - where to eat, what to avoid and so on. You can really tell that the man loves his job. The mattresses were brand new, and best we encountered in Morocco so far. It is apparent from other reviews that some guests were complaining about wet environment and mold. I need to comment on that. Guys, the place is literally in the center of ancient Medina, built somewhere around 17th century! For such a buildings the humidity is always an issue. I was very afraid, because I suffer from astma and severe allergy on mold and I haven't seen any sign of mold and didn't have any health problems. Fatima cleans everything perfectly! Many thanks! Wish we could stay longer! ❤️

Zahra and Hamid are the best! They took care for us like they where are own parents! They are extremly caring, they showed us the way to the restaurant, the clinic, the hammam, they made every day a different breakfast with a special for me because I’m pregnant. When you would book a room at Riad Zawia you are sure you feel at home! I would absolutly recommand this place to everybody.
