Our recent stay at Lagoon Villa Thoddoo was, without a doubt, a spectacularly memorable experience that I simply must share! From our arrival to departure, the sublime atmosphere and stellar staff wrapped us in a cocoon of wonderful memories. Upon check-in, not only were we met with warm and welcoming smiles from the diligent staff, but we were also greeted by the playful parrots and treated to refreshing fresh coconut juice – a delightful touch that instantly transported us into vacation mode! The check-in process itself was impressively smooth and expedient, ensuring that we could swiftly immerse ourselves into relaxation and exploration. The staff members at Lagoon Villa Thoddoo demonstrated a genuine mastery in guest relations, approaching all inquiries and requests with utmost kindness and efficiency. Regardless of the nature or time of our queries, they consistently met us with friendly and helpful responses. This remarkable hospitality extended to all guests, crafting a universally valued and cared-for experience for everyone under their roof. The atmosphere within the hotel was a haven of peace and rejuvenation. The locale of Lagoon Villa Thoddoo is another chapter of praise. A brief walk introduced us to the enchanting softness of warm sand and the soothing sounds of gentle waves. Furthermore, the nearby cafes, dynamic shops, and an overall lively yet relaxing external atmosphere significantly enhanced our stay. All essential and luxurious amenities for a delightful vacation were conveniently situated within an enjoyable, palm-shaded stroll. Lagoon Villa Thoddoo has provided an experience that will be fondly cherished in our memories, thanks to its unparalleled service, blissful atmosphere, and splendid beachside locale.

The hotel was near to very nice beaches and all kind of accommodations, the room very clean and cosy. Special heads up to Sasha the manager who was very kind and helpful, and at all times present, he made our stay in Thoddoo exceptional. We will definitely come back.

The very accommodating manager communicated with us from the beginning of our reservation, right up to our arrival on the island. He organized a speedboat transfer for us from Velana Airport to Thoddoo Island, where he personally picked us up and transported us to the accommodation. We are very satisfied with the apartment, which was very comfortable and clean, with a large double bed and a spacious bathroom. We had air conditioning, which is necessary for a stay on the island where it is very hot. We used breakfast and dinner as part of the accommodation. The food was adapted to us being from Europe and we enjoyed meals such as pizza, sea fish, spaghetti and pasta, pancakes, lots of fruits and vegetables, burgers. Even the drink was adapted to our wishes. Instead of natural tropical fruit juices, we could choose Coca Cola and other similar drinks. The hotel manager provided us with free use of bicycles for daily movement around the island, which made our stay even more beautiful. Manager Ali is a great professional and a great host! Nearby we had two supermarkets, 3-4 restaurants and one of the two bikini beaches where tourists can swim. The second bikini beach was about 15 minutes away by bicycle. We really and wholeheartedly recommend staying at Sunrise Inn Thoddoo because it has the perfect location on the island and it is very easy to visit every part of the island from there. Both bikini beaches on the island are very tidy, they have free sunbeds, chairs and tables for guests. They are very safe, but also intimate because you can find a space just for yourself. Each beach has many free showers and tidy toilets. You even have the option to charge your electronic devices. On the beaches you have parking for bicycles, but also small local shops selling tropical fruits, coconut drinks, coconut chocolate bars, drinking water and more. The prices are very affordable.
