Beautifully decorated rooms. Very clean. Super friendly owner. Excellent stay.For your information: There is a set of stairs to the rooms and no elevator. So keep that in mind, if you have problems with mobility.

Just A maz ING !!! What a treat to stay. A wonderful welcoming place in the centre of Napier. Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. It was sad to move on, but we will definitely return to this place when we return to NZ. Esther and Tom, thank you for your generous hospitality. XXX R&B

Escondido entre una frondosa vegetación se encuentra este bonito B&B al que Kitty, y familia, cuidan con mimo. Nada más llegar la amabilidad y calida acogida te envuelven y la estancia te sorprende por su amplitud y sus detalles. El desayuno, cuya repostería y pan elabora Kitty, es el mejor que hemos probado. La distancia al centro, andando, es de una media hora, pero el alojamiento lo compensa. En definitiva, ningún pero y una estancia que, por lo dicho, se te hace corta. ¡¡Gracias Kitty y familia!!

Very well equipped, comfortable with a lovely large bathroom. Great location to visit family living locally. Very kind owner had milk and supplies ready for us too.
