Location! It was close to almost everything like restaurants, transportation, parks, main tourist areas. Safe and quiet place. I will return next trip for sure. No mention the bonus of three bedroom for all family members.

Nie ma wad. Wszytko super . Właściciele pomocni, już po rezerwacji super Kontak pomogli mi z dojazdem z lotniska . Na miejscu super warunki . Największa jednak zaleta domowe kolacje robione przez właściciela . Bardzo polecam ten obiekt !!! Zapomniał bym miałem bardzo późno samolot mogłem zostać trochę dłużej zamiast gnić na lotnisku sporo godzin mogłem posiedzieć w czystym pokoju i poczekać za co jestem bardzo wdzięczny !!!

We stayed here twice during our trip to Peru. A very nice accomodation with a friendly family who runs it. Often there is lasagna and cake available to buy which we were very thankful for when we arrived late. It was delicious. Great location in cozy Barranco and walking distance to Miraflores (30 min walk). Comfortable bed. Hot showers. Quiet. Great value for what it costs.

Breakfast was fabulous. Very varied. It was difficult to decide what to eat as everything was great. We highlight the avocado sandwiches!!! The rooms were big with an exceptional kitchen which allowed us to have dinner there so that we didn´t have to go out every night. Location is great. Just one block from Larco Av. and 5 or 6 to Larcomar Shopping center. We highly recommend stopping at TANTA there. Food is great. Just opposite the Apart Hotel you have EL PUNTO AZUL another great place to have lunch or dinner. It is very popular so that we recommend that you get there early before 1pm to be sure to get a table. People at the hotel were very kind and helped us through in all we needed. If we return to Peru this is our spot.

Beautifull mansion with spectacular view on the ocean. It's also a priviledge to be lodged in the house and work place of the great paintor and sculptor Delfin. A memorable place full of art and inspiration.
