This is a wonderful, comfortable two bed/two bath apartment with great views to the bay from the 16th floor. The owner and staff were extremely accommodating and easy to work with, and without a doubt, I’d stay here again if I return to Davao. The kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a big refrigerator, comfortable couches, extremely fast internet, good beds, great hot water for showers, a big dining area, and an excellent pool. Avida Towers are right in the center of downtown Davao, and the daily night market is only a few blocks away, as are many restaurants, bars, and malls. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Davao, this is definitely it! Plus, the prices for this large unit are quite reasonable 😊

Very clean and comfortable house, great Ac units and fans, I had the best sleep here and felt so good in living room. Great Wi-Fi connection and big TV. Very nice propane stovetop and big refrigerator!
