Highly recommend! It has everything you need. Mega clean, super fully equiped kitchem with beautiful dinnerware. Big balcony with beautiful ocean and pool view. Easy access. Big TV with all channels and extras. Super comfortable beds with huge walking closet (different types of hangers included), mirrored sliding doors (perfect and necessary). Fully equipped bathroom. 100% tecommend.

This was beachfront as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunrise and listening to the surf. The property was comfortable and welcoming.

Doug was an attentive and very kind host. The villa was spacious and clean. Great space and value for a family. We visited during the final full week in April and the area was neither busy nor crowded. At times, just a few or no other people on the beach or at the pool. While the forecast was for rain every day, we didn't have any long stretches of rain to ruin our days The Pterocarpus Forest was a fun afternoon activity, out of sun. Felt like we were in Jurassic Park! Everyone was super friendly. The villa had a perfect location, steps from the beach and a very short walk from the community pool. The view of the surf and sunrise was magnificent. The beds and living room were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 teens, my husband.and me.) The kitchen had all kinds of tools, dishes, glasses, pots, pans. We were able to cook nearly all of our meals, though we could have gone to nearby restaurants. The washer and dryer were super handy. In that room, there were beach chairs and a beach bag. Beach towels were nicely offered in a basket by the front door. The AC really cranked, so never too warm or humid in the villa. TV offered lots of channels in English and Spanish. Check out was hassle free, without a long list of "to dos" that are often required with rentals. We had to leave a day early due to a death in our family back home, and Doug was compassionate and accommodating.

Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi.

The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. We just love the place. We expect to come back pretty soon. The host is so kind and the facilities(pool, beach) so close... Again, we love the place 😍
