This place looks and feels brand new...because it is. The building is only 2 years old ! We loved this place. We spent 40 days in Portugal, seven different apts, and this one was our favorite. The owner is a very special person, very helpful. Very tastefully decorated, full kitchen, very nice bathroom, excellent bed quality, with a large size ( between an American king/queen ) . The balcony is a really nice bonus. Location is exceptional. An elevator, so you have to deal with only 3 steps. A day trip from Porto does not do this town justice. Figure at least one night overnight, and an extra if you are going to the nearby beach. Plus, this city is mostly flat, not too many inclines to deal with !! Really, for what the owner charges, along with the quality, I doubt you will find a better deal in the entire city center. Tip....when you get a map from the tourist center, the streets in gray are the most interesting, and those are the streets you should focus on.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety including pastries, fruits, local ham, and cheese etc. The location is accessible to nature (ie. for walks, running or cycling) and situated close to the highways with a very easy walk to Aveiro centre! Very helpful and friendly hostess!! Property is also excellent for relaxing, enjoying meals or reading etc.

Loved everything about our stay. Joanna had great communication and was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in process and convenient parking. Fantastic location just steps from shops and restaurants. Apartment was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 4, with high quality towels and linens. Well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the coffee. Great value stay. Would highly recommend this Apartment to families, small groups, and couples.

The Pingo Doce supermarket at the ground floor, the parking that was entirely safe , the location so close to the center, how clean the apartment was, how close to all the major points of interests in Aveiro I was actually.

We liked how cute it was. Clean, comfortable and that there is a washer. Free parking on the premises is amazing. Close to good restaurants and shops. Walking distance to sights.
