Amazing location... host is very cooperative ..very nice breakfast arrangement...they refill fruits ,milk bread butter chees etc everyday in our flat itself very upscale highclass flat...very comfortable beds ,rooms,kitchen and baathroom...dont think...just book it...

Very central and convenient location, fantastic view of the lively square, very friendly and helpful staff, rich and delicious breakfast with great variety, spotlessly clean, greatly renovated, absolutely soundproof windows, couldn't hear a thing from the buzz of the square. Excellent location. Loved the apartment building and the amenities offered. Staff are very responsive. Elevator is a plus/must especially when you have multiple pieces of luggage. Secure and safe.

The hospitality and location far exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night for sleeping. The shower was hot and excellent water pressure. Our fridge was stocked daily replenishing all you need for breakfast, eggs, cheese, milk and fresh fruit, coffee, tea etc. Each morning the team at GH Prata delivers a variety of fresh hot breads and delicious custard tarts. And to our surprise, there was a lovely bottle of wine awaiting us upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend GH Prata Apartments for your stay in Lisbon.

The stay was phenomenal. The service from the staff was excellent. Special compliments to Marcos at the reception who was very kind and interested in helping with the choice of how to see the city, as well as compliments to Clara who is the PR of the hotel and a wonderful Fado singer who gives tourists an insight into the history and what Fado is. Every morning, the day begins with the sound of the piano and violin, so I recommend experience. The Palace Hotel has and is long owned by one family, and everything in the facility represents how it used to be in the old rich houses of Lisabon. It's like you're in a fairy tale.

Great location and view from our balcony. Rooms were immaculately clean. Hotel is in Biarro Alto so is very near to wonderful part of Lisbon. Above all else the staff were incredibly friendly and we were made very welcome. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
