I had the best time at Solar de Santo Andre. Eduarda is a great hostess and the whole team at Solar de Santo Andre is very accommodating, hospitable, helpful and friendly. The house has been painstakingly renovated and the old rooms from earlier times have been made incredibly beautiful. The rooms, which are open to the public, are reminiscent of how Ponta Delgada used to be and how people used to live there. The guest rooms are very modern and equipped with all the necessary details to make you want to spend time there. I had booked the studio and was absolutely satisfied. The rooms are nicely furnished, are cleaned daily and you have everything you need for your vacation. Breakfast is served in the kitchen with a large table where all guests can sit down. The breakfast offers everything your heart desires: different types of bread, a selection of cold meats and cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee or tea is served as well as a homemade juice that varies daily. All guests meet at breakfast and the room invites you to chat. The garden with pool is perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. I had a wonderful time at the Solar de Santo Andre and can only recommend anyone to stay there!

support, help and care of the team - many thanks to Goncalo, Clara, Sandra and others; best location (city center, swimming beach a few steps away, you can immediately start jogging along the coast, cafes and shops nearby); beautiful views of the ocean and city; the house is very cozy, everything is there down to the smallest detail; comfortable temperature (we were there in winter) - not cold or damp; excellent big breakfast, beautifully served; cleanliness and quality of regular cleaning; This is your own separate house; there's a lot more. Daily cleaning and breakfast were included, there was a quick response to requests, we left luggage. We got used to the rocking on the waves pretty quickly

Location was excellent in relation to shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment was roomy with everything necessary to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast of our choice was served to our door every morning. Fabulous selections for breakfast. Staff was incredibly helpful.

The flat comes prepared with everything one could need: welcome basket, all the cooking, washing, cleaning and shower supplies. The apartment is so big that it could house a whole family for a prolonged period of time. Not too far away from the beach and close to the highway for your day trips around São Miguel. Superb!

I had the most beautiful stay at Casa da Graça and cannot wait to visit again. The place is tastefully set up and the room is very comfortable. The location is perfect - it is proximate to city centre and airport and at a prime spot from where tour companies are very happy to offer pick up for local travel. Sergio and Vânia were very responsive to queries. Sergio was kind to address any queries about local travel, sightseeing, recommendations, and culture. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious including local bread, cheese and fruits amidst other regular selections as well. Everything was so well-organized. Check in and check out processes were very smooth. Locating the property was super easy. It is even close to bus stops for public transport.
